Child Victim Advocate

Qualifications: The ability to respond appropriately to the cultural differences present among the organizations service population and staff is required.

Child Protective Services

Mission: To keep the child in his/her own home when the child is at risk, to develop an alternate plan as quickly as possible.

Duties: Intervene in the crisis, if required

Apply Family Preservation and Support Services for some families

Assess or identify problems, gather facts and clarify the problems

Plan and provide services, set goals, identify resources and timeframes

Document the case

Terminate the case or transfer it to another program

Child Support Case Manager

Qualifications: 3 years of experience working with the public in person or by phone giving information about services and programs and solving customer problems/complaints. Experience must include the use of personal computers and typical software such as word processing.
